
 Optimal EDI is Optima Group solution for integration of your IT system with your partners’ IT systems. This solution is designed primarily for multinational and local companies that distribute their own products through partners ( such as through distribution companies) and wish to get an accurate view on their activities by integrating their own IT system with these partners’ IT systems.
The data collected in the distributors’ ERPs are: sales volumes of each distributor per customers (outlet) and SKU prices for sales to distributors’ customers (at outlets) payment terms allowed by the distributors to their own customers discounts offered to customers (outlet) free products offered to the distributors’ customers (outlets) as part of promotions
All this data is sent regularly (e.g. daily) after being extracted from the distributor’s ERP in a predefined format. Then, the data is sent to the EDI server, where it is consolidated and can be generated various types of reports. The Optimal EDI solution was implemented at Ursus Breweries and is being used for integration with the IT systems of their own distributors.
