Defining and organizing the work entities The functioning of the system assumes the definition of some accounting entities: departments, employees, banking accounts, analytical accounts, products,product groups, promotion teams, etc. These definitions must correspond to a specific operational profile in conformity with the management of company. Editing this information is possible with intuitive easy to use interfaces, with many options for search, sort and data filer.

Tracking the company accounting information The accounting operations defined by application are: expenses, employees advances, investments, incomes and bank transfers. The interface for input and edit data also has search, sort and filter features.

Data reporting Data reporting is the main objective of application. The application generates a large variety of reports for the accounting operations fulfilling much of any client's desires. These include payment balances, situation of advances, expenses in various groupings (by products, by employments), allocations of product costs or employees costs, bank extracts, account books, etc.
